The “Process”

Step 1: Inquiry - Read each search and determine which is right for your needs. Input all relevant information into our portal and order the report.

Step 2: Preparation - Our professional team of abstractors gather all of legal property information and start to compile the report.

Step 3: Examination - All information is examined to see that the chain of title is complete and all recorded documentation is in a complete chronological order.

Step 4: Abstraction - If ordered, relevant recorded documents will be retrieved.

Step 5: Analyze - The property search is inspected with documents (if applicable) to ensure continuity. If there is a break in the chain of title or any missing documentation this will be noted for further inspection.

Step 6: Final Report Produced - All gathered legally recorded information is compiled into an easy to read, chronological Title Search Report.

Step 7: Final Examination - The Final Title Search Report is examined with documents (if applicable). Our examiners perform a final inspection.

Step 8: Upload into system for client retrieval - The official and final Property Title Search Report is uploaded into the client portal and the client is notified of completion status.
